PC Software for the range of Planer Controlled Rate Freezers

DeltaT™ software controls the Planer range of controllers and freezers and can be used to:

Develop profiles that specify the required temperature changes in the freezer. You can develop any number of different profiles for different freezing/thawing tasks. Each profile is stored as a separate file on your computer’s disk and can be viewed graphically as you create it, or at any other time.

Run a profile on a selected freezer. You can graphically view the measured chamber and sample temperatures while the profile is running and later, after the freezing/thawing process has finished.

Produce different configuration files for different freezer/controller models. When creating a profile, you specify which configuration file to use. This makes it easy to use the same profile for different controllers and/or freezers.

Maintain full traceability records. Each time you run a profile from DeltaT™, a “KryoFile™” is produced, which contains full traceability information, including details of the profile used and the recorded sample and chamber temperatures, all of which can be viewed graphically.

To ensure full traceability, no information is obtained from “live” files that may be subject to change; all run information is stored in the KryoFile™ itself.

Print details of a profile or KryoFile™, including the graphical information. You can also specify the type of information to print.

Export the sample and chamber traces from a KryoFile™. This information could be imported into other programs (e.g. a spreadsheet).

Name the samples that are to be frozen/thawed. You can obtain this information automatically from a Planer KryoTrak™ file.

Set up user names and passwords for people who are allowed to use DeltaT™ and specify their access privileges..
