CBS™ goblets are the removable storage elements placed in the liquid nitrogen container. Each goblet can hold sub compartments of different colors called visotubes. Three forms of visotubes are available (round, triangular, hexagonal), with different capacities for 0.5 ml and 1 ml type straws Each visotube can easily hold 12 straws of 0.5ml, thus 144 straws fit in one goblet.  Goblets have perforated bottoms and lids in order to facilitate entry of liquid nitrogen or vapor. Visotubes are not perforated and therefore hold the liquid nitrogen around the straws during transfer and manipulation. Pre-assembled "Daisy" goblets with 12 visotubes in different colors exist in 8 colors (external). Each visotube can easily hold 12 straws of 0.5 ml, thus 144 straws fit in one goblet. (Part Number FCBS007319) Alternatively the 65mm goblets and inserts can be purchased  separately in larger quantities. Also smaller 10mm and 12mm goblets are available for clipping onto cryocanes (table below).
